As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.

As Buyer (m/f/d) for indirect Material in Central Purchasing you are responsible for the costs & supply base of a European strategy for centralized purchasing activities on indirect Materials in DENSO Europe.

• Research and analyze each company's purchasing data (items, volume and price).
• Identify internal needs and develop sourcing strategy for dedicated items, agree changes within the key stakeholders in the organisation and implement the strategy.
• Lead negotiations of defined suppliers and conclude contract or price agreement.
• Participate to the implementation of an ERP System.

• Preferably experienced in purchasing.
• Good knowledge of the purchasing processes.
• Strategic mindset accompanied with analytical skills.
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different cultures.
• Very good English for daily communication with stakeholders: other languages are an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems or similar.
