We're currently in a period of exciting growth, and we need your help to drive our success. We are specifically seeking experts with experience in cyber risk assessment of large companies. In that respect, the focus will be to deliver quantification projects to end-clients, directly or via partners. Additional tasks are the support of sales activities and the enablement of our partners. Cyber risk expertise is also needed on enhancing our quantification model and on the IT platform sold to partners.

A. Primary responsibilities - Project delivery
- Consult Squalify partners on cyber risk quantification projects with end-clients by peer reviews or in interviews with end-clients
- Deliver directly to large corporates cyber risk quantification projects from project kick-off until presentation of the final result
B. Secondary responsibilities: 1. Partner enablement (Squalify Academy)
- Within the Squalify Academy, develop and render support materials and trainings in relation to cyber risk quantification, and how to apply this in our Squalify IT platform and services for partners and end-clients
2. Product and model development
- Together with the Munich Re CRQ team, support the definition, maintenance and enhancement of the risk assessment framework and parameters in the quantification models, and keep it up to date
- Support the development of the Squalify platform with cyber security technical and process experiences
- Support the integration of Squalify quantification results into partner’s tools
3. Sales and marketing support
- Support the growth of the Squalify business from the Cyber technical side
- Delivering thought leadership on risk assessment methods to the global Cyber risk management community, e.g. on conferences
4. External / internal stakeholder contacts
- Maintain expertise in market and trend developments
- Keep contact to the Munich Re cyber re/insurance community to foster constant learning in both directions
5. Team support
- Support important other tasks of the venture with cyber security expertise
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Security or a related field. Security-relevant certification like CISSP, CISA, CISM are an asset
- Significant and multi-year professional experience in hands-on cyber security roles such as cyber risk manager, security consultant, security architect, SOC/CSIRT, incident manager, or audit/assessment expert
- In-depth knowledge of IT security systems, standards, and procedures (e.g. ISO 27000, NIST)
- Cyber risk quantification know-how is a plus
- Pragmatic thinking, willingness to work innovatively and estimate risk (parameters) with imperfect knowledge
- Being creative and enjoying working in a very dynamic and challenging environment, flexibility to deal with changing side conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex issues to internal and external stakeholders with a non-technical background in the information security industry
- Fluent business English. Other languages would be a plus
