The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for customers and business partners of our Energy Industries in Germany. Reporting to the Head of Finance Service Cluster and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the service team by reacting to customer inquiries.
Head of Finance Service Cluster
- Processing customer orders from opening to invoicing, including cost control and clarification
- Obtaining quotations from known suppliers; monitoring deadlines
- Carrying out of orders
- Processing shipping orders for specific countries or groups of countries
- Monitoring and collecting payments
- Performing administrative tasks
- Taking care of training participants at the ABB University for Division Energy Industries in Frankfurt am Main
- A vocational training in Business Administration
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in commercial processing of orders
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
- High flexibility and commitment
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
- Fluency in English and German
