Your Impact

As a Working Student and member of our team at OXYGY, you'll immerse yourself in the heartbeat of management consulting, working alongside seasoned professionals. You will:

Support in the development of content for our internal business development activities as well as for our project teams
Conduct research and summarize your collected findings in reports
Provide operational support (e.g., preparation of workshops or evaluation of analyses)

Your Skillset

We are on the lookout for dynamic, motivated individuals who are ready to bring their A-game. We expect you to have:

A drive for continuous learning and excellence. You are completing your studies with above-average success. Your field of study is not a limiting factor for us: a background in economics or business studies is not a prerequisite.
A strong interest in the dynamics of human behavior change. As we specialize in managing the change of our clients, this passion is essential for our transformation projects, where understanding and facilitating behavioral shifts are at the core of what we do.
Strong time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize work, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate status updates effectively.
Effective communication skills, both clear and empathetic, ensuring you can convey ideas & concepts well and collaborate successfully with different types of clients and team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with bonus points for those familiar with SharePoint, Canva or Miro.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, German skills are a valuable plus.
