Your Role

As Executive Assistant to our Head of ZEISS Digital Partners you will assist him and work closely with the ZEISS Digital Partners Leadership Team, in driving the digital transformation across all ZEISS Business. You will support ZEISS Digital Partners in scaling its business with the ZEISS business units, in managing it more effectively, and in staying on top of digital innovation. In this role, you will act as a critical partner in three primary areas: driving ZEISS Digital Partner’s strategic development, defining and driving large digital topics across ZEISS in alignment with ZEISS business units and markets, supporting the management team of ZEISS Digital Partners. You will be building a very strong network across ZEISS. This will not only allow you to understand the history, complexity and success factors of our company but also serve as a foundation for a future management role at ZEISS

Supporting the Head of ZDP in defining the future strategy and its global implementation with our locations in Germany, China, India and Hungary
Supporting the professional setup of our global organization and our way of defining, building and operating digital and data solutions for all ZEISS businesses
Partnering with all ZDP unit leaders to support the development into a high performing team, to execute cross functional projects, and to create a consistent presence across initiatives
Providing a structured approach and oversight on operationalizing strategic initiatives in ZDP’s Agile Strategy Framework
Identifying obstacles for success in our collaboration and project / program execution as well as developing and presenting solutions to overcome them
Taking responsibility for cross functional projects and driving their success
Prepareing and in parts also moderating leadership meetings and supporting the preparation of Executive Board meetings
Supporting the Head of ZDP in preparation, debriefs andfollow ups of workshops and critical meetings

Your Profile

Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management or related fields
5+ years of experience in a top tier Strategy Consulting company and in leading projects with minimal direction
Proven competencies in Digital/IT and Business Transformation
Ability to influence and affect change in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
Strong drive for action and ability to navigate in a large and constantly evolving organization
Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
Business proficiency in German and English
