- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
- Proven cross-functional and international project management experience, handling complex change initiatives

- Strong verbal and written fluency in English; an additional modern European language is desirable
- Ability to travel 50+% of working time is required.
- This role requires extensive travel to launch locations. It can be based variable in EU, no relocation needed*

We are looking for a senior partner who is able to partner across functions and businesses to enable new site launches and other site lifecycle stages from an PXT (HR) point of view. This role requires both strategic and hands-on leadership, developing, implementing and executing standard PXT Site Lifecycle resources, processes, and tools as well as anticipating risks and managing complex issues towards resolution with the country and European PXT leadership team.

- Supporting all site lifecycle stages - e.g. site launches, retrofits, refurbishments and relocations.
- Ensure standards for people impacting spaces are met in all site lifecycle stages.
- Challenges and escalates on any variance to agreed standards for people impacting spaces.
- Anticipates and escalates/resolves people impacting risks for site lifecycle stages and influences mitigation strategies.
- Anticipates and escalates/resolves critical role hiring risks at launching, refurbishing or retrofitting site and ensures internal guidelines are adhered to.
- Accountable for the timely and accurate set-up of people systems (such as Time and Attendance, HRIS tools), processes (such as the Employee engagement processes), and Day 1 Launch celebration once needed.
- Responsible for the coordination/set-up of PXT capabilities programs for field PXT teams in overseen sites.
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of communications plan for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
- Runs cross-business lines and cross-country projects focused on improving Associate Experience at all site lifecycle stages.
- Facilitates project communication to stakeholders and leads project status meetings.
- Builds cross-functional partnerships – works closely with Regional Operations leaders, site leadership teams, and other departments such as Recruiting, WFS, PR and Legal to achieve objectives connected to all site lifecycle stages.
- Responsible for the set-up of People Governance structure for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
