Intern HR - Talent Acquisition in Deutschland bei Webfleet Solutions

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our HR team of 16, composed of Payroll Specialists, HR generalists, a Learning and Development manager and Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will be learning and working within the talent acquisition team in Barcelona.

With this 6-months internship, you will:

• Learn and contribute in the recruitment full life cycle. You will be involved in drafting job description, be in contact with recruiting managers, handle the screening and selection process;

• Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, internet searches, networking groups, social media, and referrals;

• Work on market analysis to find the most relevant recruitment agencies to contract with for different countries and different positions;

• Negotiate offers and contract terms;

• Participate on ad hoc projects such as candidate journey, company branding, onboarding.
