Your mission

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Working Student.
This position is based in Berlin and requires coming to the Office.

We are a Team of 20 employees, with a beautiful Office in Charlottenburg, and are looking for someone, who wants full ownership of the Office. And supports our CEO, in booking his travels and scheduling important meetings.
You will report directly HR Manager and CFO.
The tasks and responsibilities are a variety of administration duties and project-related

Your tasks:

Maintain Office supplies and equipment
Responsible for daily office operations (making sure the Office is clean, daily Post duties)
Vendor Management
Travel booking

Your profile

You are enrolled at the University and study in your Bachelor/ Master in Business Administration, legal, finance, or any other related field.
You have relevant work experience
You speak fluent English and good German
You want to work hands-on and want to take ownership
