Job Overview:

As a Marketing Designer at GimmeMore, you will be a key player in shaping visually compelling and impactful marketing materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure brand consistency and create designs that resonate with our diverse audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns

• Generate visual assets for advertising, marketing pitches, and publications aligned with company goals

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies

• Develop engaging and on-brand visual content across various marketing channels

• Ensure consistency in branding and design across all marketing materials

• Assist in general production work — including, but not limited to, the rebranding and reworking of existing products and designs

• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (Marketing) or in a similar role

• Strong eye for composition, color and typography, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapting and reworking existing resources

• Passion for working with different art styles

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing design projects

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a team

• You are proactive and enjoy working within a design team and are confident working in a cross-functional team.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.

• Skills or interest in motion design.

• Familiarity with Figma.
