We are seeking an experienced and talented Data Analyst who will leverage data to drive decisions and contribute to the growth of our SaaS solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including C-Suite, Product, Marketing and Sales to Improve data quality and accuracy, Establish and monitor data quality metrics, Increase efficiency in data analysis and Develop data-driven models to support business decisions.
Your key responsibilities:
Streamline data acquisition and analysis processes, automate data processing, develop visualization dashboards, create self service for analytics
Fix inconsistencies, implement data policies, and identify correct tools for the organization
Collaborate with and extract insights from several extensive datasets, consolidating them using ETL software.
Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and leadership on different problems to create actionable insights
Encourage a rigorous data culture throughout the organization
Who are we looking for?
4 years plus of professional experience with 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Data Analyst or similar roles.
Experience working with cross-functional teams on several high-impact initiatives in parallel and driving results independently in a remote setting.
High business operations acumen with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar industries/verticals.
Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to adjust communication style to the audience and gracefully convince others to pursue a desired course of action.
Integrity and the ability to speak plainly and truthfully to colleagues and candidates.
