YOUR ROLE

• Execute tasks relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines
• Manage leadership's calendar and paperwork, ensures timeliness and completeness
• Coordinate meetings and creates agendas, records, and meeting minutes
• Make business travel arrangements, prepares travel expenses for top-management and/or team members
• Research, compile and issue special reports, financial data, presentations, organizational charts, etc.
• Provide information by answering questions and requests within the organization and team
• Arrange business-critical internal/external events, including itineraries, accommodation, registration, etc.
• Work on various projects together with the top-management

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed Master’s degree in the field of economics or comparable training
• At least 4 years of relevant practical experience in an assistant role for top-management
• Profound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Confident, proactive personality with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in German and English
