About the role and your impact

• Growth, Sales and Customer Success - You'll be working closely with the founders and Chief of Staff to drive our most important agenda: growing our user base. This includes finding new leads, onboarding them, and customer success to ensure they love Passionfroot.
• Business Development and Partnerships - You'll be supporting the COO and Chief of Staff to grow the Passionfroot Partner Network in order to bring more sponsorships to our creators + also working on select product partnerships.
• Product initiatives - You'll work directly with our product lead to support on critical tasks including translating customer feedback to clear features that influence our product roadmap.
• Social Media, Marketing, and Blog Support - You'll help write and create high-quality social media content for our Blog and Twitter and other platforms as needed by the team. This may include research for threads, repurposing podcasts for other platforms, and writing tweets.
• You'll grow with the company - we'll invest in you.

About you and what you will bring

• You care about creators and want to build something meaningful, as the tools we create will empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.
• You have a bit of relevant work experience in a high-pace environment like start-up, scale-up, venture capital, or strategy consulting
• You are familiar with Google workspace, Excel, and optionally Figma
• You're a great communicator and collaborator. You're comfortable discussing your work to various stakeholders. You're open to receiving feedback and comfortable with regularly providing yours, too.
• You have a growth mindset and want to get your hands dirty.
• You are willing to invest into your personal learning and career development and are available full time for at least 1 year
• You are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
