Internship - Additive Manufacturing in Unterschleißheim bei Linde GmbH Corporate Office

What you will enjoy doing

• For our Linde Additive Manufacturing R&D team inside Linde Technology in Unterschleißheim we are looking for a dedicated intern
• The role of the R&D team is to develop innovative industrial gas technologies for Linde customers in the AM industry
• Your job includes working with equipment for Additive Manufacturing, to characterize powders and samples with use of various analysis tools, to handle a variety of industrial gases, and preparing reports and documentation

What makes you great

• You are a student in the field of Material Science, Metallurgy, Engineering
• You demonstrate analytical thinking as well as independent, self-reliant, and structured work
• Having solid knowledge of Additive Manufacturing and an understanding of key AM industries (powder production, 3D printing and post-processes) is a distinct advantage for this role
• Experience in material characterization (metallography, powder characterization, microscopy, mechanical properties) is beneficial
• You have fluent English skills, German knowledge is of advantage
