THE TEAM
You will join our Operations team, which is responsible for our operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The job aims to manage the finance department technically and disciplinarily and control and monitor all commercial processes.
Your tasks will include:
Reviewing and submitting annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS, monthly financial statements, budget and forecast planning and cash management.
Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the team.
Contact person for internal and external auditors and processing of ad-hoc inquiries from management and the parent company.
Provision of crucial figures and monitoring of operational KPIs.
Active partner in the company's implementation of SAP.
Strategic / Consultant & Sparring Partner for Management
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Finance specialist/expert in relevant field.
Two years minimum experience as a Team Lead Experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience with coordination.
