Coordinator Risk & Improvement in Oberkochen bei HENSOLDT

HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH For the area "Quality Management" we are looking for a "Coordinator Risk & Improvement (f/m/d)" at the location Oberkochen as soon as possible.

In addition to quality management, the unit is responsible for implementing and applying the risk management processes, including ensuring reporting and defining and successfully implementing the improvement initiatives of the Optronics division.

• Improvement of the conceptual and methodological framework of HENSOLDT Optronics risk management (cross-site including South Africa)
• Execution of risk management activities, reporting as well as analysis of qualitative and quantitative risks
• Preparation and coordination of the risk report with the management and the subsidiaries per quarter
• Participation in risk-oriented audit planning, further development of the management system and optimization of the methods in risk management
• Evaluation, analysis and reporting of Cost of Non Quality (CNQ), Monthly Q Report and Q Report for Management Review
• Definition and derivation of suitable measures to reduce the Cost of Non Quality in coordination with the responsible departments
• Definition of suitable improvement projects, control of optimization activities and takeover of sub-projects and work packages
• Management of the PMO for the implementation of the Quality Next Level Program (QNL)
• Preparation and coordination of benchmarks with other companies and of quality forum events

• Completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with an economic component or similar
• Experience in industrial environment and in the areas of risk management or project management advantageous
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP knowledge
• Quality awareness, ability to work in a team and to act independently
• Good German and English skills
