For our Head Office in Munich, Maximilianstr. we are looking for an E-Commerce Intern with passion and drive. You are available from the 1. January 2024, for at least 6 months and able to work full time (40 hours per week). We are looking for a smart and passionate team player who will assist the Ecommerce Manager in her different missions. You will be trusted to manage all E-Commerce content and merchandising activities on Dior.com to increase business, optimize our website and improve our customer’s experience. This rare opportunity shapes the digital presence of Christian Dior Couture and is key to growing online sales in the Central Europe region (DE/AT/CH).

Task & Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize daily site merchandising updates based on key launches, inventory, marketing calendar and overall Merchandising Guidelines in close collaboration with HQ E-Commerce team
• Optimize on-site search results based on weekly performance trends
• Review and validate translations for all digital touchpoints (Newsletter, Homepage, Paid Search & Social)
• Monitor product sales performance and support with reporting and analysis of all main KPIs
• Define the newsletter and performance marketing product selection based on the specific communication needs and categories performances
• Support the marketing team with local retail events for E-Commerce customers
• Continuously monitor & report site bugs related to product and content displayed
• Perform competition watch on latest trends and best practices from E-Commerce competitors
• Participation in the preparation of presentations on an ad hoc basis

PROFILE

• University student in the Business field or similar
• First significant experience ideally in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing
• Fluent in German and English - another language on top is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• An analytical mindset and strong organization skills in combination with an interest in digital trends
• Knowledge of the E-Commerce/digital/analytics KPIs and tools (Google Analytics) is a plus
