Responsibilities:
- Be the bridge between industry categories and central strategy / product teams
- Build category-specific business plan optimizing against pricing, selection, brand diversity to maximize growth and customer experience
- Build and execute channel promotion strategies, as well as driving continuous traffic optimizations
- Partner closely with the product team to translate, partner, and internal user feedback into new features
- Lead the development of special projects that will drive overall objectives on user and partner experience and business growth
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience of business operation / program management in commerce platform
- Good understanding of commerce industry, preferably in the fashion and beauty industries
- Track record of success defining strategies, implementing business plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional and high-level stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to planning and decision making, hands-on with data, analytics, and modeling
- Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent skillset
- Fluency in German is required to effectively utilise market knowledge
Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to learn, think and react in a fast paced start-up environment
- Product Management, Strategy and Planning, or Management Consulting experience in commerce are plus
- Experience with working in a diverse environment, cross-region collaborations
- Experience in data analytics, basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau or Python
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects (prioritization, planning and task delegation)
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus to ease communication with crossfunctional stakeholders
