About the team:

The role of the CX COO/Go to Market Team under the CRO Office is to support SAP Customer Experience (CX) Sales team with strategy that creates and develops sales opportunities. Our CX portfolio brings together dedicated teams for each of our solutions: Commerce, Sales, Service, Customer Data and Customer Engagement (Marketing). We operate on a global scale, “influencing” internal stakeholders on the importance of including CX in digital transformation deals and developing materials that can enable our field and support on their sales engagements.

In this role, the Graphics/Visual Design Intern will develop a holistic understanding of SAP’s CX sales, go-to-market activities. They will be responsible to support on the visual representation of slideware for enablement and customer-facing materials, including the development of executive facing presentations. The intern will have the opportunity to develop concepts for projects related to the SAP CX CRO brand, including video production.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who demonstrates an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be able to communicate ideas that inspire and transform it into deliverables that can inform and captivate the audience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive group of high performers. This is a cross-functional role and built to create synergies between all CX Solutions to drive successful Go-To-Market growth strategies aligned to the creation of relevant field assets. This role will ensure to have an uniform corporate identity for all internal and external content that is being created.

What you’ll do:

Location: Munich (remote work possible within Germany)

In this role, you’ll:

Create an array of deliverables including PowerPoint redesigns, landing pages, and video production for internal and external use
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their project goals and visually represent them
Conceptualize and create unique deliverables based off stakeholders needs
Implement constructive feedback
Complete projects under tight deadlines
Learn how to work with virtual teams across multiple time zones and cultures
