CARS Technik & Logistik GmbH is a fully consolidated subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG based in Wiedemar and employs more than 230 people. As a link between fleet operators, wholesale and retail level of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, it supports customers with competent technical and logistical services around the automobile. The range of services covers the entire value chain in fleet and used vehicle management. In addition, CARS Technik & Logistik GmbH is active as a bodybuilder for various vehicle scopes.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Supporting the Quality Management Representative in various areas, e.g.
  • Creating, updating and directing quality documents
  • Recording of processes and definition of quality standards
  • Audit preparation
  • Identification of improvement potentials in the operative and administrative daily business
  • Preparation of internal quality trainings
• Project work on the topic "Internal damage analysis
  • Recording and processing of internal process damages
  • Analysis and visualization of the processed data
  • Derivation and implementation of measures
  • Establishment of a monitoring system and risk assessment

These are the prerequisites you bring with you:

• Matriculated degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on quality management or a comparable degree program
• Knowledge of common quality management methods and tools
• Understanding of the contents of the QM standard DIN EN ISO 9001
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Independent and structured way of working

• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

• Willingness to work 20 hours per week and on-site in Wiedemar (Saxony)
