About the roleIn close collaboration with the various divisions of the HR Department, Financial Controlling, IT, Sales and the Group, the role aims to propose, design, optimize and manage the compensation policy, the payroll and workforce management tools, the information systems, and the HR processes.Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for the compensation and benefits policy design and implementation
- Steering and managing peripheral compensation (variable pay, bonuses, etc.)
- Evaluate the performance of compensation processes, analyze gaps, and propose changes to existing systems
- Manage social benefits providers (mutual insurance, provident fund, PEE)
- Manage the monitoring of employee benefits, employee savings (profit-sharing, PEE, PERCO) and employee shareholding (stock grants)
- Drawing up the social balance sheet, equality report and analyses related to company agreements (NAO) and all documents intended for social partners
Budget and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze headcount and payroll in close collaboration with management control (monthly and annual budget and forecast)
- Ensure the production of reports on all quantitative data relating to the management of the workforce, working hours, training, and payroll, including the HR section of the extra-financial report
- Close collaboration with our controlling team on labor costs planning and budgeting
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to his/her area of expertise
HRIS
- Management of our HR information systems and related processes
- Project manager for the deployment of all group HRIS tools
- Update of HR databases
Personnel Administration and Payroll
- Coordination of semi-outsourced Payroll with the Payroll Manager
- Evaluate Payroll processes and implement mitigating actions if needed
- Ensure the reliability of the HR input/output process
- Manage and evaluate external suppliers
Your profile - Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR Administration/Payroll roles with a focus on labor cost planning and control, in international and matrix environment.
- Leadership, successful experience managing a team including various HR profiles.
- Fluent German skills and professional English skills are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of German labor law.
- Agility, capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and to convince people at all levels of the organization.
