For the development of CBDC products and solutions together with central banks, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager CBDC (m/f/d) that supports us to build a product portfolio that reaches large adoption and is the basis for a substantial long term business. Ultimately someone who joins us on our journey of shaping the payment landscape of the future.

Your Tasks:

• Develops an overall product vision and shapes our future product portfolio in a currently evolving CBDC ecosystem
• Prioritizes product innovations from our clients, technical requirements and features we believe in according to that product vision
• Ensures that the product portfolio supports our business models and helps further shaping these business models
• Executes new product features and innovations from vision, business model, validation, specification until delivery and evaluation
• Has close interactions with clients both during the sales process and in joint projects to gather ideas, challenge and further detail them
• Translates product features into business value for clients and enables sales to communicate this to clients

Your Profile:

• MA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable subject area or similar relevant field
• More than five years’ experience as a product manager in software development projects, ideally in complex solution ecosystems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking, but still hands on when needed
• Used to working in a fast-moving highly innovative market environment
• Experience building large scale ecosystem solutions, development tool kits or payment solutions preferable
• Creative thinker with a vision, capable of transforming this into value for our clients
• Excellent people skills for both customer and team interactions
• Commitment, sense of responsibility, flexibility and distinct ability to work in a team
• Experience in one of the following industries is a plus: payments, banking, digital currencies, public sector, identities
• Experience in products combining software and hardware components is a plus
