The work schedule for this position is:
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (06 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Serve as Post’s Access Control Coordinator, responsible for the verification and production of ID badges for Consulate personnel, visitors, contractors, temporary duty travel (TDYers), and Eligible Family Members (EFMs). Manage visitor access and large groups visits. Assist the Office Management Specialist (OMS) in clerical duties. Must be able to obtain a Secret-level security clearance issued by the U.S. Department of State (DOS).
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of professional experience in an office setting is required.
Mandatory: Successful completion of secondary education is required.
LANGUAGE: Mandatory: English: Fluent; speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability to translate. This will be tested.
