Astria Learning is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Business Development Representative at Astria Learning you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Client Outreach:
Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products/services.
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings or product demonstrations.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Market Research:
Provide feedback and insights to contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

4 weeks of paid time off per year including pay time off during office closure in the month of December (Dates vary).
