- Conceptualise and create motion graphics and animations for different types of videos (marketing campaigns, product tours, promotional and medical training material).
- Optimize motion asset usage for cross-channel communications (Performance Marketing, Organic, Product, CRM) and language adaptations.
- Develop, continuously refresh and manage motion graphic guidelines and templates library allying with the Graphic Design team.
- Define creative, technical and workflow best practices to drive efficiency and consistency
- (Ideally) create graphic assets based on set Graphic Design guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations Managers, Visual Designers, Medical project Managers, Medical Editors, Medical Illustrations, Copywriters, Performance Marketing Managers.
- 5 + years of experience in video production with the main focus on motion graphics.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Figma.
- A showreel demonstrating your creativity, understanding of design and motion principles, as well as ability to apply a variety of techniques in typography, product videos, animated ads and educational/ explainer videos.
- Solid understanding of best video practices for different channels.
- Efficient in motion workflows, archiving and organization.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
- Enthusiasm for telling stories through motion and visual elements, while addressing a niche audience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Effective communication and presentation.
- Exploring and implementing various visual storytelling techniques.
- Applying creativity and technical expertise to meet different strategic goals.
- Coming up with solutions - be it technical, creative or workflow related.
- Working to fulfill briefs by project managers as well as driving your own initiatives.
- Owning the motion design domain and guiding other producers about best practices.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and driving innovations within the team.
