Solutions Consultant in Deutschland bei Blume Global

Blume Global, a WiseTech Global Group, is looking for a Solutions Consultant with prior TMS (Transportation Management Systems) pre-sales experience, the ability to identify customer's pain points and recommend an accurate solution to solve their problem.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and determine how Blume’s solutions will provide value and (help) architect the proposed solution accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Build and deliver detailed and high-level product demonstrations, including demonstrations based on customer data.
• Work towards closing deals in a team environment leveraging all organizational resources at your disposal.
• Meet/exceed sales goals.

Requirements:

• 8-9 years of experience in TMS solutions/pre-sales, implementation or account management capacity, in SaaS software and supply chain, transportation, or logistics management industry.
• Experience driving sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
• Ability to learn and pick up on our products and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
• Ability to position products against competitors.
• Strong knowledge of the logistics & transportation industry.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience selling solutions consisting of multiple components not always sold in the same way and not always sold together.
• Flexible and enthusiastic, can-do mentality.
• University-level degree in Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent training in business or verifiable sales account management experience.
• Ability to travel to EU & UK clients as needed (supporting UK/EU region).
