Aufgabengebiet
Daily communication with customer and HQ

Manage Pre-Series / Series / Aftersales demand and supply

Manage critical demand and supply situation

Monitoring PSI (Production / Shipment / Inventory) Simulation

Manage and adjust production plan with company plant

Manage the supply according to demand and prices

Settle order list and process Purchase/Sales and Delivery Orders

Manage the logistic and invoice processes &correct sales recognition

Settle return parts, running changes, EOP, inventory and obsolete

Manage and negotiate claimed cost and control pre-series cost

Implement customer supply requirements (Packaging, Label etc.)

Report regularly on actuals, issues and customer production status

Anforderungsprofil
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

3 years' experience in Sales Operation/Sales Management, preferably in B2B area

Experience in Automotive industry is a must have

Experience with OEM business would be plus

Microsoft office (Advanced excel usage is preferred)

Strong customer orientation and ability to set priorities

Very good English language skills German would be a plus
