We are currently looking for an Application Support Manager (all genders) based in Berlin, or working remotely within +/- 3 hours of the German time zone.
Your mission:
Application Support Manager within our Application Support Team at Lingoda. You play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our critical third-party applications, such as our CRM Hubspot, Learning Management System Thinking Cap. You will be responsible for maintaining high performance and user satisfaction by managing support requests, improving workflows, continuous improvements and ensuring seamless integration and operation of these applications.
This role will report to the Head of IT Operations and work with our colleagues all across Lingoda.
