Responsibilities
To further shape our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for our first steps into the mass market. P1 Fuels focuses on automotive companies (OEMs) like Toyota, Mercedes, Volkswagen, GM, as well as petrol stations operators. Our Sales & Partnerships team is responsible for bringing in new customers and taking care of customers' success. You will be bringing in new customers and help to set the strategic direction of P1 Fuels growth worldwide. In the beginning you will work together with a Sales Manager and a Partnerships Manager in your team in Germany. When a customer is active, you will be responsible for the customer's success and further building the relationship. We are looking for someone who is extremely ambitious to build a new unicorn and help to create a carbon neutral world.
Your activities will include:
Lead P1 Fuels expansion into different markets and grow our customer base
Responsible for bringing in key accounts within the automotive and petrol stations sector. A relevant network here is a must
Managing 4 Account Manager and various Customer Success Managers
Setting up the necessary structures to grow the sales team in the coming years
You are the commercial sparring partner and fall directly under the COO
You have 5 -8 years of experience in sales or account management functions and have built up a large network in relevant sectors (automotive, OEMs, Petrol Stations)
You have experience as a manager; you know how to set up structures, work with targets and are constantly looking for improvements
You have experience in selling complex products; consultative selling is your natural way of selling
You have excellent communication skills in English and German
