About the Internship
Based in one of the world’s global financial centres , you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals who develop best-in-class products and manage high-value portfolios. Along the way, you will gain vital experience at the heart of a progressive business whilst being exposed to a range of areas. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Three intakes are available – Spring, Summer and Autumn. Duration of an internship can vary between 2-6 months depending on your availability.
As our DWS Intern you will:
Analyse data given to you by your managers/team to support their work
Create supporting documents, presentations and overviews that are valuable for the work of DWS
Collaborate with immediate colleagues and the wider global team
T ake part in exciting social events and CSR initiatives

Eligibility criteria
You must be:
Advanced in German language skills
I n your penultimate year of study ( i.e., for the 2024 Internship Programme , you must be graduating in 2025). You must also not possess more than 12 months of full-time work experience. We accept applications from any degree discipline .
