A Snapshot of Your Day
You will coordinate a global network of business authorities and owners, to identify difficulties and design problem-solving solutions. This includes sizing the opportunities, detailing requirements and together with internal customers, writing user stories, as well as working with them to prioritize initiatives. An understanding of user centered design, emotional intelligence for end users and the ability to optimally capture customer pain points and determine solutions is critical. Also, you will need to identify and fulfill needs for organizational change measures.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identification, sizing, and facilitation of digitalization initiatives, with coordination of agile projects
- Coordination of a global teamwork framework to ensure coherence of strategies and the sharing and demonstrating of standard methodologies
- Measurement, stabilization, and ultimate accountability for the impact of the aforementioned initiatives on business performance
- Ongoing learning within a fast-paced and growing business environment
- Direct awareness of the Grid Technologies Service Leadership Team
What You Bring
- University studies in engineering, software development, or economics and business
- Strong analytical skills, ability to generate insights, and define solutions to optimize business performance
- Experience driving agile projects while collaborating with a global and diverse collaborator group including business leaders, process owners and individual contributors
- High customer orientation, and strong operational attitude with hands-on mentality
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal partners of varying backgrounds as well as experience leading external collaborators and with data ontologies and models is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
