BOMAG (a Fayat Road Equipment Division subsidiary) is the global market leader in the area of compaction technology, and manufactures machines for earth, asphalt and refuse compaction, as well as stabilizers/recyclers, planers and pavers.

The world of data analysis is new to the company, and we would like to invest time and effort in it. As one of the first in your field, you will be able to innovate, you will have a lot of freedom in your doings, and you will oversee implementing the data analysis process in the team.
After a training on the machines and in the field, you will start to build a base of information needed to improve our knowledge on our machines.
With this base of information, you will be able to study operator's behaviors and countries and markets' particularities.
This information will help us in our innovation process.
You will be directly included in the engineering team (software and validation engineers) and your direct contact will be the Innovation Manager.

Having a bachelor or a master specialized in Data Analyst or equivalent (first month of VIE program can be equivalent to your end of project studies) Being interested in big machinery or in street constructions Knowledge in big data / data analysis & studies / BI CAN system basis

Hard skill:
High proficiency in English
French and German are a plus.
Driving License

Soft skill:
Not being afraid to go on the field and on jobsites.
Able to talk to the customers.
Teamwork.
Open minded and open to learn.
