Our software makes accessing and understanding tailored market data as easy as using a search engine but built for B2B.
Who we are looking for
delphai is in one of the most exciting phases of a startup: Over the past three years, we have developed our software and brand while creating relationships with well-known international organizations (e.g., Siemens, Volkswagen, and Continental). Our proprietary software suite uses state-of-the-art machine learning and natural language processing to sift through a wealth of big data on technology, business, and market developments to help businesses use firmographic data to make better decisions.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with an independent, self-starter mindset. Ideally, you have had an entry-level job or internship experience post studies. You enjoy autonomous, self-directed work. Experience in selling B2B SaaS products and a basic understanding of AI technology is favourable, but not mandatory.
Tasks
- Identify and research target accounts, analyze their needs, and identify alignment with delphai’s product offerings
- Prospect into accounts, searching for key points of contact
- Qualify prospects through discovery calls
- Connect with prospects through written and verbal communication
- Work closely with the business development and product team to further develop knowledge of prospect needs
- Cultivate and complete daily, weekly, and monthly goals (e.g., number of qualified leads handed over to account executives) while providing an excellent experience for prospective customers
- Work continuously on qualitative and quantitative metrics using cutting-edge sales tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Requirements
- BA/BSc degree (or relevant work experience)
- Work experience in sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills over the phone and email
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) second language is a plus
- Creative approach to problem-solving
- You have a basic understanding and interest in AI concepts and the tech market and are keeping up with industry news, innovations, and market trends
- Desire to move up within a sales organization
- Willingness to join a dynamic startup environment
