TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
This role can be done remotely!
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments; conferences, etc.
- Time and travel management (including visa applications, travel related documents, managing expense reports).
- Preparation of correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentation
- Preparation of management presentations and statistics for internal and external use
- Reading, researching and forwarding correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
- Document and data management
- Preparation and updating of management reporting
- Representation of ad hoc support
- National and international correspondence with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, local and international authorities
- Strict confidentiality of information
- Creation and maintenance of various databases and reports and presentation of data for management purposes
- Management and organization of (pan-European/global) meetings and events
your profile:
- Completed commercial training or Bachelor's degree in business administration/management preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership team
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills required
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- High degree of flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, demands and schedules
- Excellent and advanced knowledge of computer, internet and software applications (MS Office, SAP PR2, Concur)
- Proven ability to organize and multitask, including planning, scheduling and coordination
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressured environment
- Fluency in English and German (written and verbal); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
