In your function, you weld individual parts or assemblies after prior assembly according to the welding plan.
Responsibilities:

Assembling individual parts into welded assemblies

Straightening, aligning and tacking the individual parts
-
Welding the assemblies
-
Preparation and post-processing of welds
-
Testing and logging of welding parameters
-
Carrying out assembly, fitting and repair welds
-
Overlay welding, e. g. of Inconel
-
Handling of large and heavy assemblies
Who are you?
-
Completed training in a metal profession
-
Work experience of at least 3 years
-
Valid welding examinations in the MAG and TIG processes
-
Optimally already forklift licence and crane licence
-
Ability to work in a team and independently
-
Willingness to work in shifts

Ihr zukünftiger Wirkungsbereich:

Zusammenbau von Einzelteilen zu Schweißbaugruppen

Richten, Ausrichten und Heften der Einzelteile

Verschweißen der Baugruppen
-
Vor- und Nachbereitung von Schweißnähten
-
Prüfung und Protokollierung von Schweißparametern
-
Durchführung von Montage-, Anpass- und Reparaturschweißungen
-
Auftragsschweißen, z. B. von Inconel
-
Handling von großen und schweren Baugruppen
Das bringen Sie mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf
-
Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren
-
Gültige Schweißerprüfungen in den Verfahren MAG und WIG
-
Optimalerweise bereits Staplerschein und Kranschein
-
Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
-
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
