YOUR MISSION

Take an influential and leading role in delivering an ambitious projects roadmap
Own the full cycle of the assigned projects portfolio from kick off to a handover to end users: this includes scenarios evaluation, defining the cross functional project team (squads), resources planning, phases definition & implementation, budget control, education end users, etc.
Active participation in multiple projects from design to implementation.
Manage cross functional project members, including their tasks lists, milestones, identifies problems and finds efficient and pragmatic solutions for blockers.
Act as a connector between technology, business and end user groups to ensure all work streams are working together towards one direction
Provide regular and adhoc reports on the projects’ status, controls the budget spend.
Cultivate agile mindset, agile ways of working & tools.

YOUR TALENT

Min BA in business administration, IT technology or similar; additional education on project management (certification) is a plus
Min 5 years of consulting experience with the proven record track of implementing complex and scalable projects;
Hands on experience in planning and executing at least 2 (two) IT & Technology connected projects, ideally in implementations cloud based technologies.
Strong understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies
Knowledge and hands on experience of agile ways of working/tools, Hands-on knowledge with reporting solutions, such as MS OLAP Cube and MS Power BI or similar tools
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, ability to “translate” technological requirements to the business and end user language
Analytical, data-driven and focused on efficiency and solutions
Pragmatic and service mindset that drives to perform; proactive attitude, willingness to take responsibility for own decisions and go the extra mile when needed
Well-organized and well structured, enthusiasm and curiosity for newness
