For our Hilter team, we are looking for a:

Sales Support Assistant (m/f/d)

to support the sales team in looking after customers and processing the associated tasks:

Preparation of monthly sales/turnover reports
Handling of annual appraisals / customer appointments and other discussions
Processing of customer inquiries and product complaints
Preparation of price matrices as well as support in sales planning
Price and contract maintenance
Weekly Analyses
Processing and maintenance of customer portals

Your profile:

Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d)
Experience in customer service
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
Self-motivated and systematic way of working
Affinity for numbers
Good knowledge of English is an advantage
