What you'll do

In this role, you will handle a wide range of tasks for our Chief Executive Officer (Berlin-based) and Chief Product Officer (New York-based), and the respective international teams while driving your own projects for the benefit of the company. You will have the possibility to work in a hybrid setup, partially from our Berlin office and also remotely.

After your morning routine, you'll be expected to...

• Efficiently manage and organize the executives' calendars, ensuring meetings, appointments, and events are scheduled, prioritized, and coordinated effectively
• Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal use of executive time
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for executives, optimizing their travel schedules and minimizing disruptions
• Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external stakeholders
• Maintaining the executive management board meeting schedule and agenda in close collaboration with the VP of Strategy & Organizational Development
• Providing event management support as requested for company events, management offsites or similar (onsite and offsite)
• Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CRO and CTO
• Support in driving and coordinating company projects as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Preparing reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing information

What you bring to the table...

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and responsibility
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Strengths include an open-minded nature, team spirit, sociability, and excellent communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Proficient computer skills include Google Suite, ticketing systems like Jira and other communication tools
