The purpose of the Operations function is to secure and fulfill omni availability to meet the customer’s needs, accountable for the commercial planning of an assigned Category, in close collaboration with customer relevant merchandise offer in line with the respective Business Unit, Divisional and Corporate strategy.

Your responsibilities

Develop and implement Financial Plan that drives the profitability and productivity of the collection, Forecast sales, intakes, margin and option productivity
Develop and manage the Buy Plan with rate of sale planning at option level based on historical data, considering expected demand and the importance of the option.
Ensure Big bets and key programs are fully potentialized and meet availability and sales plans
Reconcile and align the bottom up Buy Plan with the top-down Merchandise Financial Plan ensuring key financial parameters of sales, intakes, margin and option productivity by merchandise season
Forecast the Open To Buy to manage sales, inventory, margin and markdown by price type, merchandise season by category and market
Manage inventory to the business needs and creating inventory scorecard transparency for the Sales & Operations Planning meeting
Assess and analyze performance to drive business improvements on fact-based insights and analytics.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Relevant experience in retail merchandise planning
Fluent in business English, oral and written.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Preferred: Good knowledge of Datawarehouse reporting
Consumer Obsessed: passion for analysis to determine consumer demand from historical, market and trend data
Strong self-organization, prioritization, and work structuring skills
Ability to synthesize big data sets and draw meaningful conclusions, complex topics in a simple and understandable way
