Then we are looking for you as a DUTCH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) working from HOME or in Berlin Kreuzberg in full- or part-time for Raisin. The start date is the 01.02.2024. To work from home, your place of residence must be in Germany.

• Fixed salary 2.152 €/month + Language Bonus 300 €/month + performance bonus of up to 250 €/month + home office allowance of 30€/month

These are your new tasks:

• Advising our Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail (50% Backoffice - 50% Inbound Calls)
• Sale of products and services
• Solving queries quickly and competently to increase customer satisfaction
• Processing and resolving customer complaints
• Building relationships with the new and existing customer base
• Adhering to the principles and values of our company

And this is what you bring along:

• Fluency in Dutch (native level)
• Excellent customer service expertise
• Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable
• Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft-Office)
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 5:30 PM, no weekends)
• A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream and a quiet room
