Global Partner Manager (f/m/x) in Aalen bei ZEISS Group
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Partner Manager to join our organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain relationships with frame manufacturers worldwide. Additionally, the Global Partner Manager will provide functional leadership to local Partner Managers with the target to ensure a steady pipeline for our multiple frame digitalization centers as well as establish new projects with partners to grow our business in the different markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex global business environments.
Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management:

Identify, engage, and establish strategic partnerships with frame manufacturers worldwide.

Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in partner organizations.

Collaborate with partners to understand their needs, align them with our digital strategy goals, and explore joint business opportunities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall partner satisfaction.
Pipeline Management:

Work closely with local Partner Managers to drive partner engagement and meet pipeline targets for the multiple frame digitalization centers.

Provide guidance and support to local Partner Managers in developing effective partner acquisition strategies and executing them.

Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Conduct regular pipeline reviews with local Partner Managers to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement strategies to optimize results.
Functional Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of local Partner Managers, providing guidance, training, and support to drive their success.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.

Define clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to local Partner Managers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align partner activities with organizational objectives.
Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities related to frame manufacturing and digitalization.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and evaluate their strategic fit.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine the global partner management strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management or business development, preferably in a global context, alternatively senior project management or consulting

Strong knowledge of the frame manufacturing industry and digitalization trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at various levels.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate an intercultural team.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.

English on a professional level, additional languages like German, Italian or French is a plus
