As of January 2024, we are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) for our global Customer Service department in Bonn supporting in topics like performance management, the establishment of different new processes and tools and the setup of community communication initiatives.

In this role you will:

Work closely with the global Customer Service function and our colleagues and teams in the countries
Communicate and cooperate with departments such as the global Market Research, Reporting, IT and Sales teams as well as our suppliers
Support the rollout of different international Customer Service projects incl. performance improvement initiatives such as country performance dialogues
Take over individual responsibilities within the large project scope
Work closely with a the project manager on the establishment of new performance dashboards and support the system tests and modification …

Our perfect match:

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (you have at least completed the fourth semester) or Master's degree in the field of Business Administration, Economic Science, Engineering or any comparable program
You are characterized by a high motivation, a quick grasp of things, entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills and a target-oriented approach
Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the areas of Customer Service, Sales, Market Research or Mystery Shopping
You value working within a team and you are able to successfully & proactively apply your analytical and communicative abilities within a project team
Next to excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint), you have very good English language skills
You are available for at least 6 months full-time (39 hours/week)

Please note this is a hybrid work position, requiring you to be frequently in the Bonn Head Office.
