Are you passionate about an exciting career in Process Development? Join ourProcess Development Team for Power Oral Care (electrical toothbrushes).
In this role you are responsible for co-creating and influencing the strategic direction of research work to be done.
Initiate, lead, and perform hands-on technology, capability, and method development to deliver key technical initiatives.
Direct the process technical work of others and lead cross-job family teams as needed.
Lead process development from Modeling & Simulation (M&S), proof of principle on pilot scale to qualification of integrated production line processes for market rollout.
Analyze product and process ideas for their feasibility and process development scope.
Develop required M&S and process development test plans.
Generate and document process data as needed to reach and recommend implementation decision based on technical readiness criteria.
Job Qualifications
You are a Bachelor, Master or PhD graduate in process, mechanical or chemical engineering, or in other relevant technical fields.
You have excellent academic results coupled with social engagement.
You demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for developing our newest smart platform technologies.
You work effectively with diverse groups of international people by embracing creativity, innovation, curiosity, and initiative.
You can communicate proficiently in English (written and spoken)
