Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective early careers recruitment strategies, including university partnerships, campus events, and online outreach.
• Source and attract top talent from universities and other relevant institutions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in early careers recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in early careers talent acquisition.
• Fluency in German.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
