We unleash the power of the self-employed and help them thrive. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you are part of the Customer Experience team. Your goal is to help our customers reach their goals by supporting them with starting and growing their businesses.
- Provide exceptional support to our customers by answering their inquiries via email, and in future also chat, phone, video calls.
- Suggest personalized improvements on customers’ websites and proactively support our users starting, running and successfully growing their business.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Content & Learning, Product & Engineering) to improve customer experience and provide feedback for product and process enhancements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying updated on changes and new features through continuous learning.
- Assist in developing and improving customer experience processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Represent Jimdo and our mission to the customers who contact us.
- Working 5 days a week, with future potential flexibility required around which days in the week are worked.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Good knowledge of the French Culture.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex things in an uncomplicated way, with clear, efficient and helpful communication.
