We are looking for a creative and highly motivated User Research Student (m/w/x) to support our UX team in an international environment. As a member of our UX Team, you work closely with our UX and UI designers, product managers as well as microscopy experts and stakeholders across the company.
Join us as Working Student User Research and support the team in taking our concepts from the first idea to the finished product.
Your role

Support the planning, execution and analysis of qualitative and quantitative user research

Create research plans incl. methodology, screening questionnaires and recruiting plans

Support in conducting onsite or remote research to explore user needs and to validate hypotheses and ideas

Develop a deep understanding of our products, users and their problems by defining personas and creating user journey maps

Synthesis of key insights incl. clear, actionable recommendations in close collaboration with UX and UI colleagues

Support the preparation of research reports and bring insights into the teams

Documentation and storage of research data in efficient and compliant ways

Support the UX team in administrative tasks

Work 15-20 hours per week on a flexible basis with one day per week in our office
Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program in Germany in the field of Psychology, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or similar

You are interested in design thinking, user research, UX/UI design and agile development

You already have basic knowledge in the application of user research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) and in test design

You are curious and eager to learn to take on responsibility and develop your skills further
-
You are capable of both independent work and effective teamwork with high level of motivation

You have an open personality and professional communication style

You are fluent in English and German (C1-Level)

You are able to work in Munich
