The Opportunity
Marvell connects the connected car with high quality AEC‐Q100 qualified products and solutions that include Marvell’s first to market automotive qualified ethernet switches.
In this position candidate will participate in development of automotive switch configuration tools, drivers and documentation.
Job Responsibilities:

Participation in automotive switch software development: tools and drivers
-
Implementation and validation of development and test tools
-
Direct on-device experience debugging, implementing and extending current product

Support in project tasks and documentation
-
Definition and implementation of scripts for tool validation automation
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience.

OR Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience.
-
Knowledge in C / C++ and Linux environment.
-
Basic Ethernet, L2/L3 networking protocols knowledge.
-
Experience in architecture of complex hardware devices is a plus.
-
Embedded development experience is a plus.
-
Automotive industry process knowledge, ASPICE, FuSa is a plus.
-
AutoSAR concepts, experience is a plus.
-
Knowledge in scripting languages (Bash, Python) is a plus.

Reliable and independent working style

Good communication skills in English, written and spoken
