The project is being actively developed to keep up with both the rapidly evolving language and the constantly improving IntelliJ Platform.

• Enjoy helping users no matter what kinds of issues they experience.
• Can explain complex ideas in simple words.
• Are ready to keep the conversation going, even when others might have given up.
• Believe that software should be made for its users, first and foremost.
• Can write simple applications in Rust.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in QA or customer support for commercial software tools.
• Are proficient in English with good writing skills.

We’ll be especially thrilled if you:

• Have previously tested IDEs or cross-platform applications.
• Are familiar with CLion, IntelliJ IDEA, or any other IntelliJ IDE.
• Are familiar with the Rust or C/C++ ecosystems.
• Are familiar with major OSs, Bash, SSH, and Docker.

Your role will involve:

• Processing user feedback about the product.
• Supporting users from all over the world, with due regard to time zones and cultural differences.
• Learning every aspect of the product.
• Reproducing issues based on user reports.
• Working in our issue tracker.
• Communicating with our users on GitHub, Zendesk, YouTrack, Stack Overflow, and Twitter.
