Your Role
As part of a team of application experts and market strategists you will develop image and data analysis solutions to enable seamless workflows for biopharma customers.
For this you will:

Gain understanding of biopharma needs and requirements from sample to result, with a focus on image and data analysis

Develop solutions to analyze experimental data from selected costumers

Generate presentations and other material to highlight scientific value, customer benefits and technical aspects of the solution

Work with external partners, like early access customers from industry and academia to validate that analysis workflows meet market requirements

Work closely with product & innovation managers, as well as market strategists to help shape future products
Your Profile

A bioscientific or computer sciences background and curiosity about scientific questions in pharma bio-tech

Extensive hands-on expertise with image analysis in a scientific context (e.g., from extensive work with commercially available image analysis software or open-source tools) and experience with data analysis (e.g., Python or R)

Ideally experience with analysis of large, 3D image data sets and machine learning

Ideally experience with high-content and/or high-throughput screening

A basic understanding of the drug development process is a plus

Prior experience in using the ZEISS arivis Scientific Image Analysis Platform is a plus

Open-minded, versatile, strong communication skills with scientific and technical stakeholders

Highly motivated to work in a team with professionals, to take responsibility and focused on self-development
