As the new HR Intern you are Taktile's face to our future employees. Your key responsibility will be sourcing, recruiting, and management of the candidate and employee journey. Sourcing and recruiting activities are the basis for our operations and ensure we hire the best talent to unlock Taktile’s growth potential. Thus, the role of the HR Intern is essential in shaping the company’s growth. The role will require hands-on work, which is why we are looking for a professional with a good grasp of people and talent acquisition.

However, we are here to support you. You will work closely with our HR Ops Lead to ensure that we are targeting the right talent and establish a smooth recruiting and hiring process. Also, you will closely interact with our product, tech and sales leadership team, head of operations, as well as the founding team members to assess candidates and coordinate the hiring activities.

• Develop a solid understanding of our recruitment, selection process and assessment methodologies.

• Coordinate and drive hiring activities.

• Turn hiring requirements into an effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of recruiting channels.

• Screen and evaluate candidates based on our assessment methodologies and propose relevant profiles to our internal recruiting team.

• Liaise with our recruiting managers to arrange, organize and run interviews.

• Lead candidates through the recruiting process ensuring efficient scheduling, timely feedback and communication.

• Work closely with the onboarding of new hires

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Familiarity with HR software and tools.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge in sourcing at all levels from junior to senior candidates.
