• As the Community Manager at Mentessa, you will be responsible for all our social media communication and will help us to run successful events (online & offline)
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to help grow awareness and demand among our target personas
• Take ownership of all social media channels and content calendars, and identify new channels to help find more opportunities for growth
• Establish engaging content and social media partnerships to improve our brand awareness
• Monitor and report on social engagement, trends, and analytics
• Plan, organize and run monthly events (webinars, meetups) to activate our community
